1. A pregnant women cannot be fired.

7. Divorce can be filed one year after marriage. ( there are exceptions).

Many people are unaware that if a couple wants to divorce they can only file for divorce after one year of marriage. but under family law there is are exceptions where you can file for divorce before a year like a divorce by mutual consent.

8. A police officer is never off duty.

Yes, you heard it correctly a police officer is never off duty. common people enjoy the vacation without any worries but that’s, not the case with our hardworking police officers they are always at duty even if they are not in their uniform.

9. Women cannot be arrested between 6 Pm to 6 Am .

According to sec 46(4) of CrPC, women cannot be arrested between 6 Am to 6 Pm. if the police officer wants to arrest any women between 6 Pm to 6 Am he needs the permission of a magistrate and during the arrest, a lady police officer must be present there.

10. Only a lady police officer can search for a women.

Only a lady officer has the right to arrest a woman. but if the case is serious a male police officer can arrest a woman with the permission of a magistrate.
